Session Times and Location

Sessions are held from 09:30 to 12.00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in St John’s Church Hall, Rownhams Lane. From January 2009, an additional session will be run on Wednesdays from 13.00 to 15.30.

Visiting Pre-School

To help your child settle in we encourage a parent/carer to visit with the child for three sessions before they start, there is no charge for these sessions and it is purely to help your child be as happy and as comfortable with their surroundings as possible. We also have an ‘open day’ when parents and children can visit the Pre-School without the existing children there, which is an ideal opportunity to talk with staff and look at the Pre-School and garden (more information available on request).

Fees

Each session currently costs £7.50 (2008/2009) however Hampshire County Council’s Education Department will pay for up to five sessions per week from the start of the term after a child’s third birthday. We prefer that those parents with children under three, pay fees per half term in advance. You will receive an invoice at the end of each half term indicating fees requested for the beginning of the subsequent half term.
